- Ph.D. in Agriculture/ Agricultural Economics/ Commerce/ Public Administration/ Economics/ Statistics/ International Trade.
- Law Degree (Desirable)
- Knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) related matters (Desirable)
- Experience in Trade Matters, especially of Agricultural Products (Desirable)
- Experience in the agricultural sector (Desirable)
- IT skills (Desirable)
- Minimum 25 years in the Govt. Sector. (Central Govt./State Govt. /Autonomous Body/Statutory Body under the Central/State Govt.)
