The selection process consists of two main stages: Shortlisting/Screening of applications followed by Field Trials for shortlisted candidates. Applications will be screened against eligibility criteria including educational qualifications, relevant sports experience, and suitability. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Field Trials.

Documents Required
- Printout of the valid Call Letter
- Valid system-generated printout of the online application form
- Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate / SSLC / Std. X Marksheet or Certificate with DOB)
- Photo Identity Proof (PAN Card / Passport / Driving Licence / Voter's Card / Aadhar Card / Employee ID / Gazetted Officer ID)
- Certificate(s) / Awards / Medals fulfilling Sports Qualification Eligibility Criteria
- Individual Semester/Year-wise Mark Sheets & Certificates for educational qualifications including final degree/diploma certificate
- Caste Certificate in prescribed format (for SC / ST / OBC category candidates) - as per Annexure II
- OBC certificate with Non-Creamy Layer clause (valid within one year as on date of advertisement)
- EWS Income & Asset Certificate (for EWS candidates) - as per prescribed format
- Service / Discharge Book with pension payment order and rank proof (for Ex-Servicemen)
- No Objection Certificate from employer (for candidates serving in Govt / PSU / Nationalised Bank)
- Relevant documents in support of work experience (appointment letter, salary slip, relieving letter, etc.) wherever applicable
- Disability Certificate (Form I / II / III as applicable) for PWD candidates
