Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) invites applications for the Graduate Apprenticeship Training (under NATS) with a monthly stipend of ₹17,500. The selection will be through a walk-in written test scheduled for various disciplines on several dates in August 2026. Candidates should have an Engineering/Technology graduation degree obtained on or after 01-07-2022 to qualify.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate's domicile must be from the Southern Region only: Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala & Puducherry. Candidates who have undergone or are undergoing Apprenticeship Training under NATS in any other establishment/organization are strictly not eligible. Candidates who have acquired or are pursuing higher qualifications are not eligible.

Educational Qualification

Candidates should possess Engineering/Technology Graduation from a recognized Board/University on or after 01-07-2022, in one of the 14 disciplines listed above. Minimum percentage required in graduation: General & OBC - 60% and above; SC/ST - 50% and above.

Salary / Stipend

Monthly Stipend: ₹17,500/- (Rupees Seventeen Thousand & Five Hundred only), during the training period. Of this, ₹13,000/- will be paid by BEL and ₹4,500/- will be paid by the Government through Direct Beneficiary Transfer (DBT).

Selection Process

Selection is purely on the basis of merit based on the marks secured in the written test. Only the selected candidates will be intimated through e-mail.
