Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must have passed at least the 4th standard (चौथी).

Required Documents
- Proof of date of birth (School Leaving Certificate / Birth Certificate / SSC Board Certificate)
- Mark sheets and certificates of educational qualification (4th, 10th, 12th, or any recognised degree, as applicable)
- Certificate/proof of at least 3 years' experience in garden/plant maintenance
- Character certificates from two reputed persons, dated after the notification's publication date (with their address and phone number) — Appendix 'B'
- Self-declaration regarding small family — Appendix 'C'
- Caste certificate issued by a competent authority (only for backward class candidates)
- Maharashtra Domicile Certificate
- Employment Exchange registration certificate copy, if registered
- No Objection Certificate (NOC), if currently a government employee
- Gazette notification/marriage certificate for name change, if applicable (for married women candidates)
- Demand Draft of Rs. 1,000/- in favour of 'BOMBAY HIGH COURT ORIGINAL SIDE'
- Any other document specifically requested by the Court administration

Salary Structure
The selected candidate will be placed in Pay Level S-3 (Rs. 16,600 - 52,400/-), along with Dearness Allowance (DA) and other allowances admissible as per rules. Initial appointment will be on a probationary basis for a period of 2 years.
