The Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS) is offering 20 Ph.D. Fellowships and Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) for NET qualified candidates. Candidates must hold a Post Graduation in Biomedical Sciences with a valid NET Certificate. The fellowship provides a stipend of Rs. 37,000 per month for JRFs, with potential for higher stipend as SRFs after 2-3 years.

Age Limit

Upper Age Limit: 28 years as on the date of issue of advertisement in the Employment News. Relaxable up to 5 years in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (NCL), Physically Handicapped (lower locomotor disability only) and female applicants.

Eligibility Criteria

Essential qualifications: Post Graduation in Biomedical Sciences (Life Sciences/Chemical Sciences/Physical Sciences/Social Sciences/Biostatistics) and having a NET Certificate with eligible validity period. Essential: NET qualified candidates belonging to Schedule Castes/Schedule Tribes/OBC (NCL), Physically Handicapped (lower locomotor disability only) and female applicants.
