Central Bank of India (CBI) is hiring F.L.C. Counselors for a contractual position with a monthly salary of ₹25,000 plus a mobile allowance. Candidates must hold a degree from a UGC-recognized university and have at least 10 years of experience. The last date to apply is 06-02-2026.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate from a UGC-recognized university.
- Computer literacy is essential – MS Office, Internet, basic knowledge of the local language.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the local language.
- Preference will be given to retired/VRS officers from any nationalized bank (SBI/RRBs) who held a Scale Officer position, or other government/semi-government employees (such as government teachers, etc.) with knowledge of banking and financial services and who have completed relevant IIBF certification courses.
- The applicant must have retired from their previous employer with an unblemished and satisfactory service record.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an officer or employee is mandatory.
- The applicant must be a resident of the same state, preferably from the same or a neighboring district.

Selection Process

General Information / Instructions
The applicant will be appointed on a contractual basis for a period of one year, subject to satisfactory performance. After one year, the renewal of the member's services will be entirely at the sole discretion of the bank, based on the bank's prevailing rules and policies.
