The Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) is recruiting for 15 posts of Sahayak Jila Lok Abhiyojan Adhikari (Assistant District Public Prosecution Officer) in the Home Department. Age Limit

The standard age limit is minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years as on 1 January 2026. However, local residents of Chhattisgarh get a relaxation on the upper limit allowing applicants up to 40 years of age. Additional relaxations applicable based on SC/ST/OBC status, service duration, and other specified criteria.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a university recognized by the UGC. The post is classified as Gazetted, Second Class, with a 3-year probation period.

Selection Process

Selection is conducted in two stages: a written exam followed by an interview. The written exam consists of an objective-type paper with 150 questions for a total of 300 marks, while the interview is for 30 marks.
