Upto 45 years for Sr. Manager, 40 years for Manager (as on 16-02-2026)

Any recognised Degree with Post Graduate Degree / MBA / equivalent qualification from a recognised National / International University or First Class Graduate in BE/ B. Tech in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology/ specialisation in relevant field of IT from a recognised University/ Institution or Degree in Law from a recognized National/ International University

Professional qualifications from Institute of Chartered Ship brokers or Institute of Chartered logistics and transport (member, fellow or associate of the institute obtained after passing prescribed examinations. Not honorary membership) or Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology from a recognized University / Institution or Degree in Corporate/ Maritime Law from a recognised National/ International University

Selection will be based on the evaluation of qualifications carrying 40% weightage, based on gradings or percentage of marks obtained, and weightage for over and above each extra completed year of experience, subject to maximum of 30% weightage. Candidates shortlisted or scoring above the prescribed cutoff marks at this stage will be required to make a presentation before a Board of Selectors on a topic given by them, which will carry 20% weightage. Duration: The tenure of contract is for a period of 3 years from the date of joining, which may be extended by another 2 years based on the performance of the candidate/ necessity of engagement.
