The Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Company (CSPGCL) is looking to recruit a Company Secretary. The position has one vacancy and requires candidates to be an Associate Member of ICSI with a minimum of 3 years' experience in companies with a paid-up capital or turnover of ₹100 Crores or more. Eligibility Criteria

  • Essential Qualification: Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
  • Essential Experience: Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience as Company Secretary in a Government Company / Public Sector / Private Sector Company having either paid-up capital of ₹100 Crores or more, or annual turnover of ₹100 Crores or more.
  • Desirable Experience: Preference to candidates with minimum 1 year’s experience in handling Company Law matters of Power Sector Government Company.
  • Nationality: Applications are invited from Indian Nationals.
