- SSC or its equivalent certificate (for date of birth)
- Pass certificate of the qualification prescribed for the post applied for
- Marks memos of all years of the qualifying examination or its equivalent
- Valid registration certificate in the A.P. Para Medical Board/Allied Health Care Sciences Council or other relevant council, where applicable
- Study certificates from Class 4 to Class 10 or a local candidature certificate for the preceding 7 years
- Copy of a valid caste certificate (candidates without one will be treated as OC)
- Latest EWS Income & Asset Certificate for candidates claiming EWS reservation
- Disability certificate issued through SADAREM for PWD candidates
- Service certificate for candidates claiming Contract/Outsourcing service weightage
