The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) is conducting the 11th Food Analyst Examination (FAE) for 2025-26. Candidates with a Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in relevant disciplines and three years of experience in food analysis can apply. The exam includes a Computer Based Test on 8th March 2026 followed by Practical Examinations in April-May 2026.

Selection Process
The 11th Food Analyst Examination will be conducted in two stages: Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Practical Examination.
