Eligibility Criteria
- Associate Vice President - Human Resources: Qualification: Graduate with full-time MBA / MHRM / MSW / MLW or equivalent postgraduate degree in HR, Personnel Management, or Organisation Development; certification in OD, Talent Management, or Change Management preferred. Age Limit: 38 to 45 years Experience: Minimum 15 years post-qualification, including at least 5 years leading enterprise-wide HR strategy
- Installation Manager - Exploration & Production: Qualification: Full-time Bachelor's / Diploma in any Engineering discipline Age Limit: 30 to 45 years Experience: Minimum 5 years in Oil & Gas / E&P operations, with at least 3 years managing an oil collecting station
- Officer (Fire) - Exploration & Production Sites: Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Fire & Safety Engineering; NEBOSH/IOSH or similar certifications preferred Age Limit: Below 30 years Experience: Minimum 1 year (Degree) or 2 years (Diploma) in fire prevention and firefighting in Oil & Gas field operations
- Officer (Safety) - Exploration & Production Sites: Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Science with Industrial Safety qualification, or Post-Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognised Regional Labour Institute Age Limit: Below 30 years Experience: Minimum 5 years (Degree) or 8 years (Diploma) in safety management in Oil & Gas / Oil Mines
- Workover cum Production Engineer - Exploration & Production: Qualification: Full-time B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering Age Limit: Preferably below 45 years Experience: Minimum 5 years in E&P operations with hands-on well workover and production optimisation experience
- Supervisor (Electrical) - Exploration & Production: Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with an Electrical Supervisor's licence covering Mines Installation Age Limit: Preferably below 45 years Experience: Minimum 2 years (Degree) or 4 years (Diploma) in electrical maintenance, preferably in Oil & Gas / E&P
- Dy. Manager / Sr. Officer / Officer / Executive - Commercial & Marketing: Qualification: Any Graduate; MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or Finance preferred Age Limit: 25 to 40 years Experience: Minimum 3 years in Commercial, Marketing, or Sales, preferably in CGD/Oil & Gas/Energy
- Dy. Manager / Sr. Officer / Officer / Executive - Finance & Accounts: Qualification: Full-time B.Com; CA/CMA/MBA (Finance)/M.Com preferred Age Limit: 25 to 40 years Experience: Minimum 3 years in Finance & Accounts, preferably in CGD/Oil & Gas/Energy
- Dy. Manager / Sr. Engineer / Engineer / Executive - Technical (PE/PNG, Steel, CNG): Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering Age Limit: 25 to 40 years Experience: Minimum 3 years in CGD/Oil & Gas pipeline execution, O&M, or shift operations
- Dy. Manager / Sr. Officer / Officer / Executive - HSE & AI: Qualification: Full-time Engineering degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Petroleum; NEBOSH/IOSH/ISO 45001/14001/9001 certifications preferred Age Limit: 25 to 40 years Experience: Minimum 3 years in HSE, Process Safety, or Asset Integrity, preferably in CGD/Oil & Gas
- Dy. Manager / Sr. Officer / Officer / Executive - Non-Technical Functions: Qualification: Full-time Graduate in Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Communications, Commerce, or a relevant discipline Age Limit: 25 to 45 years Experience: Minimum 3 years in Administration, Liaisoning, RoU, Materials/Procurement, Supply Chain, or Vendor Management
