Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification (Essential): MBA (Finance / Systems / Operations / Hospital Administration) OR B.Pharm OR B.Tech.
- Post-Qualification Experience: Deputy Manager: Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal Audit / Finance / Accounts or in relevant area. Assistant Manager: Minimum 1 year of experience in Internal Audit / Finance / Accounts or relevant area.
- Age Limit: Deputy Manager: Maximum 40 years as on 01.01.2026. Assistant Manager: Maximum 37 years as on 01.01.2026.
- Other Eligibility Conditions: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates eligible for relaxation as per Government of India directives.

Assistant ManagerBasic pay range Rs. 20,000 – 40,000 per month; approximate gross salary Rs. 39,760 per month (Non-Metro); annual CTC approx. Rs. 5.77 lakhs.
