Matric or 10+2 or equivalent + Regular full time Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E./B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized Institution/University (or AMIE enrolled upto 31-05-2013)
Candidates must have passed Matric & 10+2 from any school/institution in Himachal Pradesh (relaxed for Bonafide Himachalis)

Selection will be made through Computer Based Test (CBT) / Written Screening Test followed by Document Verification.
