Age Limit
The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 45 years for all advertised posts, except for Post Code 26013 (Audiometric Technician – Job Trainee) and Post Code 26011 (Speech Therapist – Job Trainee) where the age limit is 18–38 years. Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be Indian citizens. The benefit of reservation is admissible only to bonafide residents of Himachal Pradesh. Candidates of reserved categories from other states shall be treated as General (UR) category candidates.
Educational Qualification
- Panchayat Secretary (26005): Bachelor's Degree from a recognised Institution approved by HP Government/University/Board. Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm in English or 25 wpm in Hindi on computer. Knowledge of word processing as prescribed by the recruiting authority.
- Medical Social Worker (26006): Post Graduate Degree in Social Science or Sociology from a University recognised by the Central or HP Government.
- Psychiatric Social Worker (26007): Master Degree in Psychology or Social Work.
- Operation Theatre Assistant (26008): 10+2 with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) with 50% from a recognised Board/Institution and OTA Training course from a recognised Institution by the State Government. OR B.Sc. Degree in Medical Technology (Anesthesia & OT Techniques) from HP University or equivalent. Must be registered with HP Paramedical Council.
- Radiographer (26009): 10+2 in Science from a recognised Board/University. B.Sc. Medical Technology (Radiology & Imaging) or equivalent degree from a recognised University. Must be registered with HP Para Medical Council (Presently State Allied Health Care Council, HP).
- Pharmacist/Pharmacy Officer (26010): 10+2 with Science from a recognised Board of School Education. Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised University/Institution duly recognised by Central/State Government. Must be registered with the Pharmacy Council of the concerned State/Central Government.
- Speech Therapist (26011): B.Sc. Degree in Speech & Hearing or its equivalent from a recognised University or Institution duly recognised by the Central or State Government.
- Senior Laboratory Technician/MLT Gr-II (26012): 10+2 in Science from a recognised Board. B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent degree from a recognised University. Must be registered with HP Para Medical Council (Presently State Allied Health Care Council, HP).
- Audiometric Technician (26013): B.Sc. Degree in Speech & Hearing or its equivalent from a recognised University or Institution duly recognised by Central or State Government.
- Litho Artist (26014): 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised Board. Diploma in Fine Arts (minimum 3 years) from an institution recognised by HP Government. Three years practical experience in commercial design and layout in Government/Semi Government or Private Press having offset unit and ISO certification.
