ICAR - National Bureau of Plant Genetic Resources (NBPGR) is hiring for the position of Research Associate I with 1 vacancy. Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification: Ph.D in Genetics & Plant Breeding/Seed Science and Technology OR Master's degree in Genetics & Plant Breeding/Seed Science and Technology with 4/5 years of bachelor's degree having 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average. Age Limit

Not more than 40 years as on the last date of application submission. Age relaxation of five years for SC/ST/woman candidates. Age relaxation up to 10 years for Differently Abled candidates. Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates as per Govt. of India/ICAR Rules.

Selection Process

Applications will be screened and only shortlisted candidates will be intimated by e-mail and phone for interview. The decision of the Director of the institute will be final and binding in all aspects. The Director reserves the right to terminate the contract of job even before the completion of the project and no appeal shall be entertained.
