- Nodal Officer: B.Tech + 10 years experience OR M.Tech + 8 years experience OR Ph.D. + 3 years experience in Mechanical Engineering/Relevant Disciplines.
- Research Engineer: M.Tech + 2 years experience OR Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering/Relevant Disciplines.
- Design Engineer (Process and Method Development: Parts): B.Tech + 3 years experience OR M.Tech OR Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering/Relevant Disciplines.
- Design Engineer (Process and Method Development: Assembly): B.Tech + 3 years experience OR M.Tech OR Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering/Relevant Disciplines.
- Draughtsman/ Technical Assistants: Diploma + 5 years experience OR B.Tech + 2 years experience OR M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/Relevant Disciplines.
