Eligibility Criteria

PG or M.Phil. in Psychiatric Social Work or Medical Social Work is required as the essential qualification. M.Phil. candidates must have at least one year of experience. PG candidates must have at least three years of experience.

Salary / Stipend

The consolidated salary for the Wellness Manager post is in the range of ₹ 50,000 to ₹ 60,000 per month.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for a Written Test and/or Interview. The Written Test and/or Interview will be conducted at the IIT Indore campus.

General Information / Instructions

The engagement is on a contract basis, initially for one year and renewable annually for up to a maximum duration of five years based on satisfactory performance and discretion of the institute authorities. Contract tenure will commence from the date of joining.
