IIT (ISM) Dhanbad is seeking applications for 02 Project Associate-II positions for the Abhikalp HRMS development project. Ideal candidates should possess a strong background in web development, particularly in full-stack development, and relevant experience in IT. Eligibility Criteria

MCA, M.Sc (IT), M.Sc (M&C), M.Sc (CS) or equivalentminimum 2 years relevant experience.
BCA, B.Sc (IT), B.Sc (M&C), B.Sc (CS) or equivalentminimum 4 years relevant experience.
Desirable QualificationStrong knowledge of React.js,Proficiency in Laravel PHP Framework,Experience with MariaDB / MySQL,Understanding of Microservices architecture and web development concepts

Age Limit

As per Government of India Norms (Relaxation applicable as per rules)

Fellowship Details

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated fellowship of Rs. 28,000/- per month + 16% House Rent Allowance (HRA), totaling approximately Rs. 32,480/- per month.

Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their academic qualifications, experience, and merit. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview. Final selection is subject to performance in the interview and verification of original documents. Mere fulfillment of minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview call.
