IIT Jammu is recruiting for the position of General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO) with 3 vacancies available. Candidates must hold an M.B.B.S. degree with at least 60% marks, and proficiency in computer applications is essential. The selected candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from ₹70,000 to ₹80,000.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Essential Qualification: (a) M.B.B.S. with at least 60% marks. (b) Proficiency in the use of computer office applications like M.S Word, Excel and Power-point or equivalent is must.
  • Desirable Qualification: (a) 02 years’ experience as Medical Officer/ Resident Medical Officer in a recognized hospital. (b) M.D. or equivalent PG Medical qualifications in any branch of Medicine with at least 60% marks with experience post-PG.
