Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications to apply for IIT Kharagpur Junior Research Fellowship positions: B.Tech. (or equivalent) with valid GATE (or equivalent) score in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering; M.Tech. (or equivalent) with GATE (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering. Academic Performance: 60% (or CGPA 6.5) and above from Matriculation onward.
