Eligibility Criteria

M.Tech in Chemical/Materials/Energy/Mechanical Engineering or M.Sc in Chemistry/Physics or related discipline with a minimum of 60% marks. (with GATE Qualification) Candidates with experience in functional materials electrochemical testing and characterization is preferred, and is expected to register for PhD at IIT Tirupati.
