- UG degree in Engineering or non-engineering PG degree with minimum 60% marks and 2 years experience
- M.E./M.Tech in Engineering with minimum 60% marks
- Relaxation: 5.5 CGPA or 55% for OBC/EWS
- Relaxation: 5.0 CGPA or 50% for SC/ST/PWD
- Desirable: Experience working in reputed institutions on sponsored and industrial projects
