The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is recruiting for 637 Apprentice positions across various trades at the Panipat Refinery & Petrochemical Complex. Eligible candidates must have qualifications ranging from Class XII to Graduate level. The age limit for applicants is set between 18 to 24 years as of 31 January 2026.

Selection Process
No Written Test. Selection based on percentage of marks in prescribed qualification in descending order. Preference to candidates applying for apprenticeship training for the first time. In case of tie: Date of Birth (senior by age) will be considered. If same DOB: Higher percentage in Matriculation will be considered.
