12th in Science + Diploma (MLT/ DMLT / Engineering or equivalent) + Five Years Experience in relevant subject / field or Three Years Graduate degree in relevant subject / field + two years' experience in relevant subject. Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Word, MS PowerPoint. Experience in field work and data collection. Proficiency in speaking, writing and reading Tamil and English.
