Eligibility Criteria
Essential Educational Qualification: A person who is appointed as Drug Inspector under the Act shall be a person who has a degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences or Medicine with Specialization in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology from a University established in India by law (as per Rule No. 49 of Drug & Cosmetics Rules 1945). Selection Process
Written Examination: The written examination will be objective type consisting of 5 papers of 200 marks each. Each paper will be of 2 hours duration. Total marks for written examination: 1000 marks.
