National Institute of Technology Meghalaya is inviting applications for 02 Faculty positions in Assistant Professor (Grade-II) on Contract. Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should possess M.Phil/Ph.D, UG and PG in relevant branch/department/specialization. Ph.D. must be awarded in relevant field. Ph.D. submitted will not be considered. Experience in ‘institutes of repute’ for the prescribed period in regular position only with a proper scale of pay. (Guest, Ad-hoc, visiting positions will not be considered.)

Selection Process

Stage I - Candidates shortlisted after the scrutiny of applications shall be asked to make an Academic/Research presentation before an expert committee. Stage II - The candidates shortlisted from Stage I shall be called for a personal interview. However, eligible serving candidates of NIT Meghalaya shall have to attend only Stage II of the selection process.
