The National Institute of Technology Rourkela is inviting applications for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) with 1 vacancy. Upper age limit 28 years, relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/PWD/Female and 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy layer).

Eligibility Criteria

M.Sc./M.Tech. in Earth Sciences/Geophysics/Geodesy/Physics or a related field with 60% marks or 6.50 CGPA in 10 points scale with GATE or NET of UGC/CSIR, or any other national level exam. Experience in Remote Sensing and SAR data analysis. Understanding of planetary geology/geophysics. Proficiency in programming (Python, MATLAB, or similar) for data analysis and modeling.
