Bring Bio data along with all relevant documents in ORIGINAL: Qualification, Identity (Aadhar card/Voter ID Card/Driving License, Pan Card with one Address Proof documents/Ration card), Medical Registration Certificate with National/State Medical Council, Proof for date of Birth, 02 (Two) recent passport size photographs.

The assignment is purely contractual in nature which may be terminated on 07 (Seven) days notice from either side. Another term of 06 (six) months may be extended by competent authority depending upon satisfactory performances. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
