- Experienced and dynamic persons
- Minimum 10 years experience in relevant field
- Friendly face with good voice quality suited for telecast
- Correct pronunciation, accent and modulation
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (preferred)
- News Anchor (Grade-I): Degree/PG Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication or relevant field
- News Presenter: Degree from recognized university/institute
- News Correspondent: Degree/PG Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication or relevant field
