REC Limited is recruiting for two Advisor positions focused on renewable energy: Advisor (Green Hydrogen) and Advisor (Compressed Biogas). Candidates with relevant engineering degrees and substantial experience, particularly in production and planning for renewable energy projects, are encouraged to apply. The roles are contractual for a period of 6 months, extendable based on corporate requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
For Advisor posts: individuals retired/separated at the level of E-9 and above from a CPSE, or JS level and above in the Government of India, with total experience of not less than 30 years - or others with an equivalent profile and CTC (at a minimum of the pay scale of E-9 grade in REC).
Educational Qualification
- Advisor (Green Hydrogen): B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (full-time courses only), or equivalent.
- Advisor (Compressed Biogas - CBG): B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Chemical, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering, BBA, or B.Sc. (Hons) in Agricultural Business Management (full-time courses only).
Desirable Experience
For Advisor (Green Hydrogen): Total 30 years of experience, with at least 10 years in Production, Planning, or Designing of Hydrogen Plants or other emerging renewable energy (RE) technologies. Expertise in electrochemistry, process optimization, and thermodynamic modelling preferred. Salary Structure
Monthly remuneration for both Advisor posts is ₹2,00,000/-, along with other benefits as per Corporation policy.
