Territorial Army Selection Process 2026

Documents Required for Territorial Army Recruitment 2026
- Application Form IAF (TA)-9 (Revised) Part-2, filled in own handwriting
- All educational qualification certificates (from Matric onwards)
- Latest physical fitness certificate from a registered MBBS doctor
- Copy of identity proof with photograph (Voter ID/PAN Card/Aadhar Card/Passport/Driving License)
- Domicile/residential proof
- Certificate for proof of age (Matric/Senior Secondary mark sheet and certificate)
- Service certificate (for candidates employed in Central Govt/UT/State/Semi Govt/Private sector), authenticated by the head of office, along with a No Objection Certificate
- For self-employed candidates: an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper stating nature of employment and annual income, along with a photocopy of PAN card and a self-certified character certificate
- Gazette notification copy (for officers whose name varies across documents)
- Copy of Release Order
- Copy of Release Medical Board Proceedings
- Latest income proof from the appropriate authority (Income Tax Department/Magistrate/Employer)
- Copy of PAN Card
- Copy of Aadhar Card
- Copy of certificates/reports of all courses
- Discharge/Service Particular Booklet
- Copy of latest Income Tax Return (ITR) filed
- Additionally, candidates are required to submit specific certificates at the time of interview, such as a certificate from the employer confirming release for training/embodiment, a self-certified good moral character certificate, and (for self-employed candidates) a notarised affidavit confirming residence, self-employment status, and approximate annual income.
