- Junior Engineer, Grade-I (Degree), Electrical Group-B Gazetted: Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
- Junior Engineer, Grade-II, Diploma, Electrical Group-C Non-Gazetted: Diploma in Electrical Branch of Engineering or its equivalent academic qualification from a recognized University/Institution.
