Selection Process
The selection is by merit, for which the benchmark in overall grading in the ACRs/APARs will not be below 'Very Good' for the last five years (2020-2021 to 2024-2025). The selection is done by a Services Selection Committee. Candidature can be debarred for two years if withdrawn after selection by the Committee.
