Dr Y S Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry is seeking candidates for the positions of Project Associate and Field Assistant with a total of 02 vacancies. Ideal candidates should possess qualifications such as M.Sc. in Forestry or Environmental Science for the Project Associate role, and a Graduate degree for the Field Assistant role. Eligibility Criteria
- Project Associate: M.Sc. (Forestry) or M.Sc. Environmental Science (Essential). Knowledge of plant taxonomy, species identification, field data collection, preparation of herbarium specimen, digitalization, data entry and handling of software (Desirable)
- Field Assistant: Graduate degree in any discipline from Govt. recognized University/Institution (Essential). Should have experience of field work, knowledge of local vegetation, basic skills in field data collection, maintaining of records and MS Office (Desirable)
